Q: Can the EMC-20H be used with my semi-closed circuit rebreather?
A: Yes, semi-closed circuit rebreathers use a constant FO2 Nitrox blend, again if you only dive one mix per dive, the single gas-FO2 configuration is for you.
Q: Does color make a difference?
A: The color of the Wrist Unit is strictly a matter of diver preference.
Q: Which mounting method is right for you?
A: Again as with color, it is a matter of diver preference.
If your a "reach under the rocks and in hole" type you will probably not want a wrist mounted unit.
You may want the Hose Mount version or a two gauge or three gauge console
If keeping things streamlined is your aim, then one of the Retractor mounted versions need consideration.
Q: Why offer two colors of Backlight?
A: Individuals with red-light night-vision problems have the option of having the unit equipped with a Yellow Backlight.
Q: How much memory do I need?
A: While the EMC-20H has the capability of storing dive profiles for a maximum of 1450 dive hours. Some divers who regularly use our Analyst® PC software may not want as much. However, there is a certain comfort knowing that your dive computer is retaining ALL of your dives.
